Aralto.

Terms of Service

The deal, in plain words

Effective July 1, 2026. These terms are between you and Rialto Commerce LLC (“Aralto”) and govern your use of Aralto — the website, the API, and the MCP server.

1. What Aralto is

Aralto is a marketplace intermediary operated by Rialto Commerce LLC. We find and rank offers, verify claims against merchant pages where we can, and pass most of our referral commission back to you. We are not the seller: your purchase contract is with the merchant, on the merchant's terms, including shipping, returns, and warranty.

2. Rebates

  • A rebate accrues when an affiliate network confirms a tracked purchase made through an Aralto link.
  • Rebates are pending until the merchant's return window closes (typically 30 days). If the order is refunded or the network reverses the commission, the rebate reverses too.
  • Cleared rebates are paid to the payout email on your account. Amounts shown before a network reports actuals are estimates.
  • Self-dealing, click fraud, bots, or buying through your own agent key to farm splits will void rebates and the account.

3. Offers and verification

Offers expire; prices and stock belong to the merchant and can change between our verification and your checkout. "Verified" means we found explicit supporting evidence on the merchant's page at verification time — it is a good-faith check, not a guarantee. Unverified means exactly that: we couldn't confirm it, and said so.

4. Agent developers

API keys are per-agent and non-transferable. You must present Aralto's disclosure string wherever you surface our offers, must not misrepresent rebate amounts, and must not send us data your users didn't consent to share. Revenue shares are computed from actual reported commissions and are visible in your dashboard.

5. Merchants

Boosts fund user rebates — they never purchase ranking. The founding-merchant fee is billed by Rialto Commerce LLC for Aralto's services and is non-refundable once your slot is confirmed. We publish no merchant ratings.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping the exchange, probing other users' data, or interfering with rate limits. The API has published limits; respect them and they'll respect you.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or the rebates we paid you in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for the products themselves — the merchant is.

8. Changes and termination

We can update these terms with notice on this page; continued use is acceptance. You can close your account any time; cleared rebates will still be paid out.
